The CT Design team continues to design and teach classes in a variety of paper crafts in our home-based studio. As well, we will host crops so our crafty community can get together and share ideas and inspiration. See you soon!

Join the CT Design team for a crafty day with your favourite hobby and fellow scrapbookers. Card makers and mixed media crafters also welcome to join the fun.
What to expect:
There will be goodie bags, hourly prize draws, demos, afternoon snacks, special crop-theme surprises and lots of fun and laughs. Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the day. (There will also be some basic supplies available for purchase in case you run out.)
What to bring:
Your projects, the supplies you need for them and your lunch (there is a refrigerator and microwave available). We suggest you dress in layers as studio temperature can vary.

METALLIC TECHNIQUES CARD CLASS
Date:Saturday, October 4 2025
Time: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Cost: $40
Celebrate World Card Making Day with local artist Susan Ashbrook and the CT Design team. Susan will guide you through Black Ice, Foundry Wax and Tarnished Foil techniques to create three 5"x7" cards with stunning metallic effects!
What to expect:
During the class you will use CT Design’s stamps, inks, blending tools, embossing powders, etc. All materials (card stock, envelopes, and embellishments) are included.
What to bring:
You will need your basic scrapbooking/card making tools (paper trimmer, scissors, fussy cutting scissors, bone folder, ruler, etc.) as well as your favourite adhesives (liquid glue, double-sided tape and pop-ups). We suggest you dress in layers as the studio temperature can vary.
QUICK & EASY CHRISTMAS CARDS CLASS
Date: Sunday, October 5, 2025
Time: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Cost: $35
Join Carole and get this year's Christmas card making off to a gentle start with three quick and easy holiday-themed cards. It's never too early to start your card making and these will provide models to create even more cards using your stash.
What to expect:
During the class you will use CT Design’s tools and supplies (stamps, inks, embossing folders, etc.). All materials (card stock, envelopes and embellishments) are included in your class kit.
Do you want to make more of these cards but don't have all the tools you need? No problem! Extra individual card kits will be available for purchase at a nominal cost - while supplies last.
What to bring:
